Postage and Shipping Information
Shipping Info & Times - Australia
Tracking is automatically included for all domestic parcels and all orders are posted as parcels.
Processing times; The time it takes me to pack and process your order can vary from 1-4 business days. Express Post is Not Express packing

SHIP TO ADDRESS / DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please be aware that we ship to the address on the order we receive from Shopify.
Please make sure this is correct and up to date.
We take NO responsibility for items which are shipped to old or incorrect addresses which are not up to date or are wrong.
Please double check your address to make sure it has not auto corrected and done something like put your unit/house numbers around the wrong way.
We do not cross check your address with payment providers or shipping service providers.
Refunds or replacements will not be applied when an incorrect mailing address has been provided causing your order to be delivered to an incorrect address. If orders are returned to us due to incorrect addresses we will not refund or be reponsible for website processing fees and original postage costs or additional postage costs to have your order re shipped. These fees are your resposibility.
Usual delivery times within Australia are estimated at around 6-14 Business days to arrive. But on occasion some take a little longer to make it to you especially over long weekends and busy times.
Express Post is with Australia Post and not express packing with us. We are human and on occasion take a little longer to pack an order.
If your postage is calculated at a rate that seems unusually high, please contact us and we will try to sort it for you this end.
Unfortunately we sometimes have a glitch in the system. If you feel your parcel is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive please contact me to see what we can do. Tracked items can be checked on the Australia Post website
If there are any issues with deliveries and an investigation into delays and missing parcels is launched with a Courier company, replacement orders can not be sent until this investigation process is complete.
We do Not offer a Safe Drop service.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post
USA Orders: Please be aware that we are now paying for the tarrifs to the USA only at the time of posting but you may be responsible for any extra local fees and charges on any items you may purchase that cross your border.
New Zealand Orders: New Zealand now charges GST of 15% of the total amount inculeing postage on all orders. There may also be a Customs and Duties tax added in as well depending on the contents of the order.

We usually ship all orders in around 2-4 business days.
Items usually take around 14 - 27 days but can take a few more days to get through the system
