Shipping Info & Times - Australia

Tracking is automatically included for all domestic parcels and all orders are posted as parcels.

Processing times; The time it takes me to pack and process your order can vary from 1-4 business days. Express Post is Not Express packing

SHIP TO ADDRESS / DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please be aware that we ship to the address on the order we receive from Shopify.
Please make sure this is correct and up to date.

We take NO responsibility for items which are shipped to old or incorrect addresses which are not up to date or are wrong.

Please double check your address to make sure it has not auto corrected and done something silly like put your unit/house numbers around the wrong way.

Refunds or replacements will not be applied when an incorrect mailing address has been provided.

We do not cross check your address with payment and shipping service providers.

Usual delivery times within Australia are estimated at around 6-14  Business days to arrive. But on occasion some take a little longer to make it to you especially over long weekends and busy times.

Express Post is with Australia Post and not express packing with us. We are human and on occasion take a little longer to pack an order.

If your postage is calculated at a rate that seems unusually high, please contact us and we will try to sort it for you this end.

Unfortunately we sometimes have a glitch in the system. If you feel your parcel is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive please contact me to see what we can do. Tracked items can be checked on the Australia Post website

If there are any issues with deliveries and an investigation into delays and missing parcels is launched with a Courier company, replacement orders can not be sent until this investigation process is complete. 

We do Not offer a Safe Drop service.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Small Parcel up to 500g 0g–499g AUD$16
Medium Parcel up to 1 kg 500g–999.99g AUD$26
Large Parcel Over 1-3 Kilo 1000g-3000g AUD$40

Please be aware YOU are responsible for all imports fees and charges that you may receive when importing into your country as well as any items you may purchase that cross your border.

Now the boring stuff..

Australia Post has a few rules for us all to work within.

If a Domestic parcel has Not been scanned as delivered then we can log an enquiry and let you know the case number.

When a Domestic parcel has been scanned as delivered but you have not received it then You will log an enquiry and let me know the we can both look into it from both ends.

Unfortunately sometimes things happen which we cant control and misplaces occur. If this happens please contact me to see what we can do together.
