Postage and Shipping Information

Shipping Info & Times - Australia

Tracking is automatically included for all domestic parcels and all orders are posted as parcels.

Processing times; The time it takes me to pack and process your order can vary from 1-4 business days. Express Post is not express packing

Local Pick up is available, please contact usfor more information and directions.

SHIP TO ADDRESS / DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please be aware that we ship to the address on the order we receive from Shopify.
Please make sure this is correct and up to date.

Sadly we cant take responsibility for items which are shipped to old or incorrect addresses which are not up to date or are wrong.

Please double check your address to make sure it has not auto corrected and done something like put your unit/house numbers around the wrong way.

Usual delivery times within Australia are estimated at around 6-14  Business days to arrive. But on occasion some take a little longer to make it to you especially over long weekends and busy times.

If your postage is calculated at a rate that seems unusually high, please contact us and we will try to sort it for you this end.

Unfortunately we sometimes have a glitch in the system. If you feel your parcel is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive please contact me to see what we can do. Tracked items can be checked on the Australia Post website

If there are any issues with deliveries and an investigation into delays and missing parcels is launched with a Courier company, replacement orders can not be sent until this investigation process is complete. 

We do not offer a Safe Drop service.

International Shipping

All orders ship with tracking via Australia Post and are weight based rates.

USA Orders

Please select USA pricing from the dropdown menu. We're now shipping DDP, which means we cover the tariffs at the time of posting. Pricing and options are on the Checkout page.

New Zealand, Canada and United Kingom Orders

All orders go via Australia Post.

European Union Countries

We're not set up to ship to the EU at this time, but feel free to reach out if you'd like to explore options.

A few things to check before you order

Please double-check that your address is correct and current. We ship to the address you provide at checkout, and we can't be responsible for items sent to old or incorrect addresses. Watch out for auto-corrections that might jumble your unit or house numbers.

We don't cross-check addresses with payment or shipping providers, so it's entirely on you to get it right. If your order goes to the wrong address, we can't offer refunds or replacements, and you'll cover any reshipment costs and processing fees.

Shipping times

We usually dispatch within 2–4 business days. International items typically take 14–27 days to arrive, though occasionally a bit longer. Keep in mind everything ships from Australia on Australia Post business days only.
