38 gauge crown needles only have barbs on one end of the needles and are usually used for attaching hair to dolls etc.

These needles are 38 gauge crown with 3 barb on each of them. The needles will take a few hairs per follicle, the needle is a fine triangular shaft and you will find 3 barbs on each apex, this needle however has the barbs all on the same level of the shaft, unlike others which are situated on different levels.
