Crochet Mandala Yarn Kit

These fun kits were developed for a recent workshop and I have a few still available.

They make great stash fillers of gifts for friends.

I am delighted to announce I have been asked to dye up some yarn kits for this wonderful knitting and crochet event The Yarn Retreat to be held in Launceston at the Peppers Silo Hotel from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June 2022

Yarn Kit Contents

• One full 400mt skein of hand dyed Supreme Sock yarn 85% merino + 15% nylon.
• 4 Hand dyed mini skeins of Supreme Sock yarn, 20 grams & 80 mt each
• Pattern is NOT included in yarn kits

Each yarn kit consists of one full skein of 100g/400mt of my Supreme Sock yarn in a colourway that compliments the theme of the kit. And 4 of my matching mini skeins consisting of 20grams and 80mt each.

Pattern is Not included and will be available at the workshop.

Designer Info

Terrii Lanham has been inspired by the stunning landscape of Tasmania, specifically the seaside photo below, and designed a Mandala to be released just in time for The Yarn Retreat in Launceston.

Workshop info

This project will suit those with intermediate level crochet skills as it uses multiple stitch patterns and combinations to create a large and lacy Mandala. Hand dyed yarn in either lace weight or fingering weight worked on a 5/6mm hook ensures the project will progress rapidly and once finished it can be attached to a large hoop.

The design starts in the centre making some smaller pieces, before using a fabulous crochet join and progressing to the outer rings.

Skills needed:

Can read a pattern or chart. Familiar with most crochet stitches and techniques
