Hand Spun Chunky Art Yarn with Bee Hives

The bee hives and this yarn are hand dyed and hand spun with lots of love and texture and are beautifully soft and will knit it into a scarf or neck wrap with some other yarns to really get the best out of it. 

Suitable for careful weaving, this would really make a macramé wall hanging pop!

These beautiful yarns take a Lot of time to create. First with the dyeing, then the spinning and then the plying stage which involves stopping and locking every single 'stack' in place before and after each one!

• Contains: Tasmanian grown Merino Wool top and mixed fibres.
• Suitable for weaving, knitting, felting, fibre arts, textiles and embroidery, macramé, couching etc.

   

Recommended Needle Size

Large needles recommended. Gauge swatch is suggested but not essential. I usually start with needles around the same diameter as the yarn and work from there.

Care Instructions

Hand wash as a delicate item in cool water with an approved wool wash.
Roll in a towel and very gently spin. Dry flat.
