Hand Spun Tasmanian Merino Wool Chunky Yarn - Mixed Colours

These yarns are hand dyed and hand spun from my 18.5 micron Tasmanian grown Merino wool tops and is beautiful and soft.

These yarns are my standard spinning style and usually work out to be around an aran weight but as with everything hand made this may vary slightly from hank to hank.

Not sure what to knit this into?

Why not combine them and knit a chunky cowl or beanie with some other yarns to really get the best out of it. Super soft and so very easy to wear on the skin.

Recommended Needle Size

Large needles and a gauge swatch is also recommended. 

I usually start with about a size 5 and work from there.

Care Instructions

Hand wash as a delicate item in cool water with an approved wool wash. Roll in a towel and very gently spin. Dry flat.

You will receive one skein of your selected colour.
