Mini Skein Set - Random Pinks

This set is all about the pink lovers and perfect to mix and match with other colours or for stash building pr gifts. This set of 5 x 20g mini skeins equals 100g total or one full sized hank of yarn.

This yarn is so versatile and can be used for any next to skin project (scarves, jumpers etc) as well as items where a little more durability is required such as socks and gloves. 

Yarn Base Details

• 85% Super-wash Australian Merino 19.5 micron + 15% Nylon Yarn
• Approx. 5 x 80m per 20g hank/skein
• Hand dyed with Australian made dyes

The fine Australian merino wool makes this yarn luxuriously soft and bouncy for next to skin comfort. A little nylon is added for extra durability.

The main factor determining the quality of Australian merino wool is its softness which depends upon the fineness of the fibres. The use of fine merino (19.5 microns) which is some of the finest commercially available results in a super soft yarn that feels gentle against the skin. 
 

Recommended Needle Size

Needle Size: 2.5 - 4mm needle
Gauge (stocking stitch):
28sts x 36 rows over 10cm/4 inches on 3.25mm (US 3) needles

Care Instructions

All of my yarns are hand dyed by me using Australian made dyes.  

This is super wash yarn and can be gently washed in the washing machine but most people will hand wash this yarn.
