Mulberry Silk Paj or Pongee Fabric - for Nuno Felting - Undyed White 5mm

This is the supreme silk fabric for Nuno felting. That's why it's my 'go to silk' for most of my felting and is far superior to the Tissue silk in softness, shine, drape and touch. This is a beautiful smooth silk fabric is light and airy, a delight to felt with and so very soft on the skin.

The scarf lengths have raw edges and have been TORN to size. I work with these torn edges and usually felt over them. I prefer them to the rolled edges of ready made scarves as they don't have the thick roll to felt over. I will often fold the raw edge over a few centimetres and then felt along the raw edge and this will create a nice neat folded ruffled edge.

Perfect for dyeing in your favourite dye type and colour or just leave them white.

Combine them with some next to skin soft Merino wool tops and and maybe some Mulberry silk roving and you are good to start felting a beautiful warm work of art to wear!
